Constellation 2782 - redial?

Hello! I hope you fellow collectors are well!

I don't think this dial is original:

The 1 hour marker is tilted in a weird way, minute markers are missing at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock.

Also, there is no lume on the dial. What do you guys think?

Yes, the dial doesn’t perform well, especially when compared to the very nice one owned by @cristos71 .
