Well, my extra figures, i used to buy two of everything, sold them because i just got tired of them taking too much space and bought these two, now I’m just debating on selling everything now, action figures are not that much good of an investment because from what I had to deal with, granted the value went up BUT the quality of some of them were just disintegrating just sitting in boxes at least metal can take two generations to say the least, oh the bottle of champagne is me celebrating getting my last watch haha, compliments of the boutique LOL

PS clearly as you can see I’m a collector uhh I wanted the blue at first but the white one was beautiful, but ultimately i scored the my ultimate updated brosnan seamaster dream watch i guess, can’t wait to see what Omega has for the maybe upcoming Goldeneye/Bond Omega 30th year anniversary partnership if any!?

Uh, lets see that action figure collection !,!,!!,!
You can’t mention “action figure collection” in title without providing photos.
It’s forum rule #8.
What’s the rarest piece(s) you have collected?

Funny you mention it, the rarest piece is this one, a clear figure to you but an unique piece to me!! back in 2009 you had to be in Japan for a 3 days straight for an event where you built this figure, the line was like 3-4 hours long BUT they could only let you build 70 per day. Globally there’s 210 of these figures, i have only seen 3. It ran me up like 600usd to get, it basically shows off how a body of a famous japanese action figure line ran at the time.

But still i used to buy two of everything so i had everything from 1/18 model cars to lego, to transformers, etc here’s pictures of some of the items i sold though! I am still holding to my voltron, vehicle voltron, turtles and huge transformers figures!

Nice Chun li statue bud!! I am seriously considering getting into statues hahaha they never break!!

Some childhood toys of mine that survive to this day (currently in a plastic container along with other toys). We had so many great adventures together.

I absolutely LOVE the Batman stuff. I'm currently binge watching the 60s TV series on Blu Ray (it looks amazing). You can keep Michael Keaton and Christian Bale and all that lot. Adam West is where it is at.

Is that a Micronaut you built up then? I think they had another name in Japan but that was what they were sold under in the US originally?

@DiiQue I had that Voltron set too! Always wanted the die cast one ($$$) because I hated how the action figures weren't to scale for the lions. I had the smaller diecast one that didn't come apart, he was pretty cool.

It´s not bad in all reality, the thing is I used to buy double of everything, after a while they took up too much space! I still have the majority of these figures, but believe it or not after watching too much Pawn Stars and seeing how hard it is for people to get rid of their complete collections I motivated myself to just put them out there while the market was still there, one thing I learned was that the value is based on the collector, just because I have an exclusive item it does not mean it will sell as fast as I wanted it to, that stuff takes time and patience but it paid off! Comic book shops will super low ball you to make their profit, learned that the hard way, but selling online sucks now because they add taxes to sales now making it extremely hard for buyers to splurge on bigger items, before it was just shipping and just the item easy money.

Watches at the end of the day are waayyy easier to sell and easier to maintain than some of these toys. Asking Price vs Selling price are two completely different things, I made a good profit but still the market is not the same as it was 10 years ago!

WOW!
Simply MARVELOUS!
I own the COOLEST arcade in the world! Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum.
We have been on Modern Marvels, Mysteries at the Museum and a TON of other stuff!
The Nintendo and NeoGeo had to get a nice return! I used to have the Neo Geo arcade game and the problem with the home system is the games/cartridges costed a fortune compared to Nintendo, Sega etc this was due to their own flaw... They designed the arcade game to be one of the earliest to offer quick change games for the operator (simply buy a new cartridge, change the marquee piece and you have another game vs the other options which was changing a whole new board at minimum) BUT they wanted to offer the home user the same speed and graphics from the CPU so they simply sold the same base/computer as the arcade version but since the cartridges were the same they couldn't sell them too cheap as it was the same cartridge they were selling to the arcade)
Anyway I love seeing cool toys so thank you!!

Goodluck trying to get any splash mountain merch. Once they announced the change, everything started flying off the shelves and showed up on Ebay for ridiculously high prices.
