The dial has a few stains, that I can live with.
The dial looks original to me. I have no clue about the buckle.
Can I get opinions from the experts?

I would be more concerned by the gold plating wearing off.

From a value/desirability standpoint, gold plated cases like this are at the bottom of the Omega food chain.

With the worn crown and tired dial perhaps $250-300 US.

Not impressed by the plating. Movement got parts changed. The worn crown should be replaced. Dial is not very attractive.
