Considering this 151.0051: Advice on Dial Condition?

Hi I’m considering whether to take a shot on this 151.0051 Cal 711 on eBay. The bracelet is third party.

The case and crystal look to be in good condition but I’m not sure about the dial. The photos are HQ so I was able to zoom in. Is the dial degrading? Is the bubbling a bad sign? Any comments or warnings welcome.

These are not particularly sought after references so I’d only be considering one of it were well priced and in very good condition.
The bubbling on the dial would bother me so I’d keep looking unless you’re in a very tight budget and it’s very cheap

It’s a cool reference that isn’t seen much, the price is the biggest factor, if it’s reasonable I’d be keen as the case is quite decent for gold plate and they’re a watch that looks pretty nice on the wrist

Case looks to be in great shape particularly for gold-plated. If you're fine with the bubbling and the price is good then seems like a good buy.

Personally the bubbling would put me off.
