·The rotor is rubbing the case back (notice the circular mark), indicative of engine problems. Otherwise looks like a nice one!. Count the cost of watchmaker in if you are going to purchase it. The dial-hands seem to be from a 168.017:

I'm interested in this connie as it's 36mm, which about makes it possible for a daily wearer for me.
Hopefully the dial is not a huge issue. I'll continue trying to find out and maybe more connie experts chip in..

Dial markers are painted, not onyx. The paint is flaking off in some areas of the dial, particularly the 9 and 10 o'clock markers. +1 on the movement issues noted above.
This watch looks like it was ridden hard and put up wet. Not to say that it can't be salvaged, but it's going to take some time and $$$ to do it correctly.
It would have to be really cheap to interest me.

But they all seem to have a fluted bezel
