Still trying to get my feet on the ground around here and I was looking at this:

in this auction. No nibbles, and I was wondering if it's just a frankenwatch, a bad redial or what?

Also, I'd think this one would garner some interest around here:

Is it really an original dial? If so, wouldn't it be pretty attractive to a collector?

As always, thanks.

Cheers

I think the second one does have an original dial and looks like a nice watch overall. The first one is an ugly redial and I really didn't even look at the condition.

Hope this helps,

Second is a gold filled US case so not overly popular

As stated above the first watch is a poor redial. Second watch is an US market Omega with a case made for Omega by the Wadsworth Watch Case company. If the dial is original (I can't tell) then it would be a nice addition to a bumper collection.

Dear
I am new to Omega and I am here to learn everything I can,
can you please say why (in very first glance) is the redial in the first watch?

Thanks a lot.

Wow, members are getting younger everyday! Study the dial carefully and look for inconsistencies. You will get used to it as you get older😉
Welcome. regards, Bill
