It was a big car. Many UK retirees favour a small vehicle, like a Honda Jazz, but then our roads are narrower and the longest drive here, Lands End to John o’ Groats is only 603 miles

I wouldn't be caught dead in such a horrid little buzz box shopping trolley.
Despite the pukesome venereal muck on the roof of the Lincoln I'd still prefer it to the Honda Jizz........not by much mind you!

Unrestored, Grandmother's first new car, been in the Family since new. Built right here in Buffalo, went to the Adirondacks and back to Western NY when we bought it from Bertha.

I don't think you can do that these day, and definitely not in the future.
Hey grandkids! Here is your grandmothers first car...a 1998 Toyota Camry!

Just doesn't hit the same, you know? lol

Rep. And not even mine. I just get to store it sometimes. the 26 is a coincidence.
It's like having a friend with a boat, all the perks - no fuss!

I'm guessing an Omegaforums membership pledge would be a tough sell? 🤔

I would say that’s a hard no, but you can certainly be creative and ask. 😁

Our old MG midget
it was a very competitive race car in the Production Sports category, against cars in the higher engine size classes. it held the under 1300cc class lap records at many circuits and won the state hillclimb championship.
