I used to do regular maintenance on a pea green one. It was a cool car, but it had a terribly unreliable electrical system.
Did they use Lukas or was it a home grown Swedish system?

I wish people would stop calling Lucas electrical systems unreliable…….they’re extremely reliable, you can always rely on them not to work!

Lucas. The P1800 we worked on was a 62 model built by Jensen. I don't know if they continued using Lucas when production moved to Sweden. I liked the engine and the styling but nothing else about this car. It was usually in our shop two or three times a year with some odd issue.
