@Mad Dog I just read another terrible news, I know we are dealing with the consequences of COVID, lockdown, civil unrest and lots of other non sense around the world, but loosing hundreds of DD stores??!! that’s too much to bear and too many bad news all at the same time... remember my friend, we are always here for you! be strong! we’ll prevail!

I remember during the early 00’s when Krispy Kreme over expanded and the Atkins diet craze hit and everyone stopped eating carbs- they tanked. I was horrified to no longer see that “ Hot Donuts” neon sign that could make me veer off the road every few miles....I was 40 pounds heavier back then too. 😗

Stupid of me not to have taken a photo, but there was once a Dunkin' Donuts adjacent to a Weight Watchers on Long Island. Same building!

I remember a Whataburger next door to a LA Fitness and they had outdoor seating upon which the treadmill runners could gaze through the plate glass windows...I think it was strategic placement.

I actually went inside a Dunkin’ Donuts last week, the drive thru line was just too nutz. It’s a new one so they gave it that hipster look inside and blare music. Between the much too loud music and everyone wearing masks it took five minutes to properly communicate the words “medium hot coffee just cream”. Oh yeah trying to yell through the plexiglass divider didn’t help either. Maybe mad dog is just still trying to place an order

I no longer have any of my issued eyewear, but I’ve still got my Casio and a couple of sea bags filled with various camo patterns, not including the blueberries that went straight to Goodwill. I also have my choker whites and dress blues... in case someone retires or dies and I lose 20 pounds. 😬

Howdy, Chief...good to see another squid at OF. Is that Chief, Senior Chief or Master Chief? I was pre-blueberries...I heard they weren’t very popular...but I thought they looked pretty cool. 😎
