··history nerdOf course, you don't have to wait - just set the time to something random that isn't between, say, 10 and 2 (or whatever the recommendation is) and then set the date, then reset the time.

So pull the crown to the time setting position and forward the hands through 12 o'clock, and you will know. Takes seconds to figure this out...

·I know... I'm not talking about date. I'm talking about time. 😉 orient puts a note not to change the time between those hours.
So Orient says not to pull out the crown to time-setting position and hence not to set the time ? I'd love to see a copy of that note 😀
