Currently rockin’ a ‘Rolla, 118hp from the little 1ZZ engine, kid friendly since that apparently matters these days 🙁

Practically my daily driver during the warmer months, not the cleanest car, and not the smoothest ride, but a blast to drive.

This!

Where's the electrical socket for the engine heater poking out of the front grille? Or perhaps you have a "gentleman's heated motor-house" as required by Ettore Bugatti if you bought one of his cars 😁

This car will turn 44 years old, early next year. It has resided in an environment where temperatures drop to -40° C (-40° F), never garaged from 1978 to 1995. It has a block heater which was used during its daily driver days. But since 1995, it sits in a heated garage 365 days per year, and only exits on days when it is driven. There is a block heater, but it is no longer used.

Dual pulley and Ultracharger by APR. Good for about 500hp. Perfect family car for New England with all wheel drive.
100k+ miles and will keep it until the wheels fall off.

2015 Tacoma and 1988 Mustang LX hatch

times have changed. Still have the Mustang but switched the Tacoma to a 2018 Kia Stinger GT AWD. Tuned ECU but pretty much stock intakes and exhaust. Made 370 HP and 494 ft lbs on a Mustang dyno recently. Fun car to drive. Sending back ECU for some adjustments. Plan on adding basic bolt ons next spring.

I've owned this for 17 wonderful years. It remains one of the most beautiful cars I've ever seen, up there with an early E-type XKE. It is a 993 C2S widebody and the last of the great air-cooled Porsches. Utterly reliable and a dream to drive, with a 3.8 kit and tune..

Nice. How many of those 100k miles has it been "tuned"?

Fixed that for ya...

The 993 is probably the best pure performance 911 of the air cool area, and that's coming from a long time 964 owner. However, being a purist, the body style comes down to personal taste and for some it deviates from the classic 911 lines.

Different levels at different miles. I say a good estimate would be:
Stage one at 80k
Single pulley at 95k
Dual pulley 100k
Ultracharged 105k

I had to replace my DSG transmission last year after I blew it out. Then my cats went and I put high flows in there. 2 months ago my supercharger belt snapped because the tensioner was loose. It's a financial catastrophe but I still love her. Pay to play as they say...

I completely agree.

Ah dang yeah these are the stories that keep me away from "modding" my daily.
I was planning on replacing my GTI at the the end of the year with a lightly used B9 S4 but with the market right now I don't think that is going to happen lol.
