It's a Cartier Tank style watch, but it's not a Cartier, I guess.
Many brands have copied that design. This could be a Longines?

Well, it vaguely looks like a balance spring. But then again, not.
Or an extremely deeply etched subdial with concentril circles? But ... no.

I did a double take the other day when I looked at my Sinn in the bathroom mirror. A combination of the double AR coating and the coating on my mirror. In person, it looks 3D with ghost dial images floating above and below the dial.
