You could try alpha hands like the below Speedmaster '57. And they would match your sub dial hands.

That would be perfect 馃榾

My question would be - would the hands work/fit? I tried to find hands from the 3301, 3303, 3313 family of movements with the same size case diameter assuming the hands would fit - since this watch has a 3301 movement. I am not a watchmaker or anything. Are all the minute and hour hands interchangeable - do they have standard sized "holes". If so that opens an entire world of possibilities. Or can I find a place that will tell me what movements have compatible "hole" sizes for the 3301 movement. Also need to consider dial diameter and hand length.

Hole diameters are not standardized across all watches made, or across brands. They are for specific calibers typically, although some calibers may use the same sizes. If they do it's pure chance, not really by design.

Omega does not publish hand hole sizes, so they would have to be measured to determine if anything other than in series hands would fit.

Cheers, Al

Problem Solved! For those following this long tale. I was able to source some broad arrow hands from a 3551.50. I had a local guy put them on. I do have the original hands so can go back any time. I am very happy with the result. I am able to read the time in all conditions. I also love the look of the broad arrow. Not the best picture. I need to work on my macro shooting skills. This watch shines in person - especially the white subdials (they have a very nice silver-white color), in my pictures its looks really flat for some reason.

quite a busy dial for everyday use and reading the time. But who needs to know the time anyway when it looks that good!

That what I really love about Speedy Pro. As legible as it can get.

I really love the board arrow hands. They have completely transformed the experience with this watch. The hands are never "hard" to read and they look much better than the traditional stick hands. For me, the watch is a modern interpretation of the Rolex Daytona 6241. I really love that watch, but sadly don't have a million dollars lying around to buy watches. I was really hoping that the new ceramic bezeled Daytonas would have been a little more daring on the design side but they are pretty boring. So I got this watch - which I believe is closest you can get to what a 6241 looks like in a modern watch. Unless you go with Les Artisans below. But looking at the two, why spend $24,000 when I got it for $3,000. I also think the Les Artisans is too slavish to the original. The Speedy updates the design and makes it better. For me, adding the broad arrow hands - pretty close to exactly what I wanted.

I love the idea of making the watch "yours" especially from a functional standpoint. Congrats on the mod, it looks great!

I'm actually planning on getting a FOIS and changing into an "Ed White" styled Speedy. Already have the replacement dial and hands, just need to find the funds to acquire the FOIS.
