Can't Contact eBay Seller

I'm looking for hands for a Seamaster 165.014. Found this on eBay:

I'm fairly certain they're luminova, not tritium, but I wanted to ask the seller. Clicking on "contact seller" and going through a couple of screens, I got this:

I didn't know eBay sellers could refuse to answer queries. Incredibly annoying.

I have come across this occasionally. Go to the sellers page, then on the right there should be 'contact member', if you then check the box saying 'this is not about an item' and continue, it should take you to a page where you can message them.

Even that sometimes does not work. And some sellers simply don't want to sell. My girlfriend wanted to buy something from a German seller which only ships to Germany (and we live in a neighboring country). In the end I managed to find a direct mail from the seller. She send a very nice email in which she proposed to pay bankwire and even that mail got no response....
