OK, I'm home on a computer.
Your case is a Swiss "Savonnette" or "Hunter" style, made of 80% silver as noted by the Swiss "Grouse" hallmark and the 0.800 stamp.
It also has the crescent moon and crown stamp indicating that it was intended for export to Germany or that it was stamped with those marks on arrival in Germany. The belt/garter Omega symbol is correct for the period.
The serial number dates the case to approximately 1905/1906.
The vitreous enamel dial has "Paris" style Arabic primary numerals with red "24 hour" numerals on the minute track.
The gold hour and minute hands are Louis XV style.
The movement could be a 15''' S 15P.
The 15''' is the diameter in lignes which is an horological measurement system. 15''' is approx 34.6mm
S means Savonnette, called so as the case resembles a small cake of soap. Also known as a hunter case.
15P is 15 Pierres, or jewels.
To be able to make a more educated guess, you need to measure the diameter of the movement in millimetres like shown below.
