Can this movement be genuine?

I am new to Constellation so I was quite curious seeing this on ebay, I have no intention of joining when looking at this apparatus. The dial and cover look very good, but the number cannot be read, the placement of the device seems to be inaccurate and has been bent? I would like to ask a few questions for people and experts to explain to learn more: - Have Omega control engineers ever accepted such a machine with such an unclear numbering?
- Is it possible to have movements that are counterfeited to a high degree?
- If this movement 564 is genuine, is it suitable for this case?
Sorry everyone for my English is from Google translator, Thanks everyone!

It looks ok to me at first glance and not a bad watch overall except for a bit of polishing. The serial number is probably fine, sometimes it can be hard to read in photos because of poor lighting. You can ask for a better photo (taken at a different angle) if you are concerned. Also, it seems you are concerned about the clamp holding the movement in the case, but I think it has simply been installed carelessly at a slight angle. Or perhaps someone used a generic or custom-made clamp that isn't a good fit. Not a big deal IMO.

Agree with Dan S. Movement looks good. A couple of other things to be aware of: 1) The crystal is non-original and not period correct: and 2) If you ask for other pictures, ask the seller to take one with the hour hand moved as there appears to be blemish on the dial just below the tip of the hand you might want to get a better look at.

I think it's some gunk stuck to the tip of the hour hand

All the time. I see nothing wrong that proper lighting and photography won’t fix. The case clamp was probably bent by a watchmaker long ago. That can be fixed.

Overall, the watch looks OK to me, except for the crystal, which can be replaced.

All comes down to price vs. value.

If I was in the market for a gold capped pie pan constellation with dog legs (and it just so happens that I am) I would most definitely consider this watch. Condition looks god, I like the dial, crown is nice and movement looks good. The fitter (as you are pointing to) can be moved and it is a matter of losening the screw and correcting it. Quite simple. The crystal isn’t good but isn’t that expensive to have changed. At around 700 euro I would be very interested if I was considering this. How much is the seller asking?

[QUOTE = "cristos71, post: 1609685, member: 3137"] I think it's a bit stuck at the top of the hour hand [/ QUOTE] Maybe yes, it looks like the blister has come off after the dial is clean.

If I was looking for a golden pan with dog feet (and that happens), I would definitely consider the bronze this lake. The condition looks divine, I like the dial, the crown is beautiful, and the movement looks good. The regulator (as you are pointing at) can be moved and the problem is losing the screw and fixing it. Pretty simple. The crystal is not good but not as expensive to change. At around 700 euros I would be very interested if I were to consider this. How much does the seller ask for?
It is being auctioned on ebay, the seller is from Singapore, you can see it here ps://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Omega-Constellation-watch-steel-gold-pie-pan-dial-564-168005-runs/143742988573?hash=item2177bff11d:g:G0gAAOSwIulfY2Ld
