·And what he means is the weight of the gold after subtracting the non-gold elements (and keep in mind that if it is gold it is likely 18k, so you would need to proportionately scale down from 24k.

·What type of restoration are you looking to do? The dial looks quite faded and a bit damaged, and unfortunately you won't be able to do much about that. You probably already know that the bracelet isn't very adjustable, so hopefully the length works for you.
