Can someone tell me about this solid silver, baguette crystal, vintage Omega DeVille?

I can’t find much online about this watch. Hoping you guys can help me out. Year of make, how many were made, approximate value, or anything you know would be helpful.

I do know it’s a solid silver case and bracelet.
