Can someone please tell me a little bit about this watch I have acquired?

I have recently acquired this watch. I am a novice and the only details I know about it are the following:
Stainless Steel Omega 24 Jewels Automatic With Rose Gold Hand and Markers
What ever information you can give me would be helpful (ie. Date, worth.... opinion)
Sorry I cannot provide pictures of the movement: 1. I don't know how to take off the back. 2. I have seen the movement and can confirm it is a 24 Jewel.
It runs like a champ and is keeping very good time!
