Can somebody help me legit check this vintage Seamaster ?

Your watch likely dates to the late 1970s-early 1980s, as shown here in this catalog image from 1981:
Watch collectors often refer to the square dial with the rounded corners as a "TV dial." I think the hands on your example have indeed been replaced - they should be long and thin, squared-off at the tips, and have a thin strip of luminescent material on them as seen in the catalog image. Also, note that the dial looks like it has been scratched at the corner between 1 and 2 o'clock.
These are not rare watches; Omega made lots of them at the time. To determine the value, go to an online auction site (such as eBay) and look for other examples that have recently sold at auction. A quick look at similar examples that have recently sold suggests an auction value of $350-$500, with the steel bracelet examples selling at the higher end of that range. If you intend to wear the watch on a regular basis, don't forget to include the costs of servicing your watch after you purchase one.

·I think the hands do not belong. At the periphery of each index it seems that there is a dot of luminous. And because of this the original hands should have luminous, otherwise can’t tell time in the dark.
alternatively, could be the dial to be replaced - but I guess this is only a remote possibility

·Hands are definetely replaced and there's a dirt or crack in acrylilc crystal between the daydate window and 4 hour mark. Case and bracelet looks ok, but you can find a lot of these examples on sale because the are not rare. What is the price for this offered model?

If you aren’t too familiar with watches, note that this watch has an integrated bracelet. If it is too short for you, or too worn, you can’t just put it on a leather strap
