For reference original -76. Only difference is a 74-early 76 dial with the high "S" in speedmaster. Op's watch is the later 76 and on dial.

An accent on the bezel is a later/current bezel on the OP's watch

I posted my personal original 145.022-76 watch. There was 1 small difference between early 76 watches and later. The size of the "s" in speedmaster.

The bezel in the one you posted has a ' or accent mark in tachymètre. A correct 76 should be tachymetre. The one on the watch you posted has a later or current production bezel.

This would be a matter of preference, right?
Yeah... but do you want a watch with moisture damage, there may be rust in the movement.

Movement image - a lot of dirt particles, enlargerment ring especially dirty, was there a dust cap. Also, might be the light but looks like a missing teeth. If you go ahead you should plan a trip to the watchmaker for a clean and maybe more, not cheap.
