I've documented 15 dolphins so far. They do come up for sale from time to time, but sell quickly and the last couple have been well north of $1000 USD, and in dodgy condition.

@dapellegrini that Dolphin definitely is a stunner, beautifully presented 馃憤 l do like a 4005 and that is a lovely set +1, very nice sir. The boxed Business Bell is very cool indeed, really interesting to see all the paraphernalia that came when new, though l think you might be a tad late to enter that 1967 survey! 馃槈
Excellent collection.

I picked up a nice looking 4005-7000 that just came in today, along with a brick bracelet I was optimistic about (despite a likely incorrect clasp, which doesn't bother me). Unfortunately, the end links are trash. I think one of them doesn't belong with this bracelet, and the other looks like it's been carved up with a coping saw. I'll probably be sending it back for a refund, but before I do, I wonder if any of you know a good source for these end links that you might be willing to share? There are actually a few of these bracelets for sale on ebay, but none of them have end links.

Nice 4005!
Sorry I've never found the magical bracelet source, all of mine came off junk watches. Unfortunately you do end up with a few spares.

My stelux came off this proper Frankenstien's monster.

At least 4 watches in this mash-up 馃槻
If yours has some removable links and wasn't too expensive it might be worth hanging on to as they do come in handy.

Here's mine! I love vintage Seiko grey dials, they're just the right shade of grey. And thanks @dapellegrini for creating the fantastic guide!

I forgot the pic of the case back, can anyone confirm that this watch was made in January 1973? If I read the charts correctly its the owners birth year and month. Making it double special as it is an heirloom as well. Its a great watch, runs accurately, alarm works, but sadly the date don`t change.
