Here's an example sold here on the forums, obviously it's not the same. I think you would have to do a deep dive on outdoorsman dials to answer this question. There's some things about the dial above that looks good and some things I'm not sure about.

So you think both dials are original finish since there is more than one in the population and they are almost identical ?
