Here's an example sold here on the forums, obviously it's not the same. I think you would have to do a deep dive on outdoorsman dials to answer this question. There's some things about the dial above that looks good and some things I'm not sure about.

different case different movement compared to the sale ad example but the dial looks same as the one you posted

So you think both dials are original finish since there is more than one in the population and they are almost identical ?

I think this is a plausible theory but I wouldn't know for sure without doing more research

Just one thing to bear in mind - some seem to have a 263 inside and others a 267. I have no idea if the dial feet layout is the same.

I seem to remember there was one knocking around on Ebay for a couple of years with RLM on the back. It wasn't that one, was it?

I'll take a fresh picture later to share. I believe @Syrte has debunked it to be not true but I'm still happy with it being my only UG piece left in the collection.
