In the omega box shown above in the pictures was a little sachet. There was an omega label in it (price tag). On the back there is information. But there is also an battery icon. So I think the price tag is from another Omega. If I put in the figures in Google I don't have a match. Is someone able to tell me what kind of omega belongs to this tag?

That tag is for a small two tone ladies constellation with a mother of pearl dial and a quartz movement...

Thanks Archer! Today I was at the watch specialist and he told me the same story!

The movement is a cal. 564, build in 1968. The watch itself is 14k gold and the dial is 18k solid gold. I'm very happy with it!!! The watch specialist is going to service the watch fully and he will put a new leather band on it. Can't wait😀

Does the case back say 168.010 or 168.018? (The dial and crown indicate 168.018 to me. )

I don't know the number. Will make a picture when I'm going back to the watchmaker. He is going the fully service the watch, a new leather strap for € 235. The job is done in the end of may.

If you live in Holland and you need your watch serviced for a fair price by a proffesional go to Nico Rijsman!

Those wrist shots really show this watch nicely! You have a very nice Constellation there, enjoy it.👍 You might want to look into getting a little PolyWatch to clean up the crystal. It's inexpensive. easy to use and would make that crystal clear and shiny to show off that nice dial. Just search the Forum on how to use it and protect the watch and you'll be fine.

I didn't found a conclusive answer on the forum about the omega warranty cards. When I bought the watch there was no warranty card with it. In my omega constellation deluxe there is an unique number so is it possible to order a new warranty card at omega?

I would call your nearest Omega Boutique and ask them.

The policy may vary by country, so I think some members might be reluctant to answer.

Omega CS policy is that warranty cards are issued just once. Replacements cannot be ordered.

Is it possible that my omega hasn't got a fast date set. I'm trying to change the date but it looks like the crown does not have two settings. Movement 564.
