Bumper 354 authentication question

I have read that some of these bumpers are remade out of various parts—some mention the regulator. I’m not knowledgeable enough to fully understand—so I thought I’d post this movement. The plate/bridge under the regulator appear slightly different than the others. Does this look correct?
