Just bought this the other day such great shape had to ad it to the collection. This is a British Navy 0552 Elliott deck clock most issued in June 1971 from the issue marks on back of case. In the states you can find the US Navy stuff but getting other countries Navy issued clocks takes some time to find this popped up on the MWR PX for a OK price and in such great condition I jumped on it. Got US and German and Japanese WW2 era deck clocks and a Italian Navy deck clock more like a Lemania and giant pocket watch in a outer mount case that can mount to the bulkhead. A few photo's Really clean and just serviced a great looking clock I could see this on the bridge or the Officers wardroom what we called officers country on ship. Since before WW2 Elliott made clocks for the British Military they did it longer than I thought being this one mite be from 1971.
Well received it today fast shipping from England to the USA had a wooden plaque for it so east to hang on the bulkhead.
