I recently acquired Bove Frere Mono Rattrapante Chronograph (Valjoux 84). Given it does not have brand label on the dial, I'm thinking this may be one of the earlier versions from the late 1930's or early 1940's, but please let me know if you disagree.
It is missing its case and crystal (case in the photo is not the correct one). I realize how rare parts are, but if anyone out there knows someone who has these parts I'd greatly appreciate you letting me know. I'd love to have this restored to its former beauty.
