·The above example has many oddities that are red flags for me, from all the round 3's to the UG text to others. (There are others parts of the printing that looks quite good).
Anyhow this watch is quite unusual in many regards, not just the dial. The case is just as unusual as the dial ! A 40mm waterproof reference with extended case correctors?!) I have not seen such a thing that I can remember. On top of that it is stated the watch is British Military issued. So there are many things going on, and we don't have anything except this one photo, so no case reference, no case serial, etc.
It appears the hour totalizer hand is replaced, and between all these various things, I would have questions.
