In my opinion. Yes

Minute marks to far away from the indexes, so sweep and minute hand look like they're running a shade long

Cross lines shouldn’t end at the minute markers, MOY is completely off, font is wrong...

All of the above. The vast majority of black dial Constellations out there are redials, so you should approach any possible acquisitions with caution. If you're not experienced, stick with the private sales forum on OF. They do come up from time to time.

Weirdly, if it's a .004 I guess it could be a real pie pan, only redialed poorly. The straight edges on those are really faint and the minute marks are the best way of quickly determining the shape - on this one the minute marks are placed in a circular shape, but in the wrong place.
