Bizarre F300 Dial?

·Assuming it’s not pegged to the dial, and it may be I will concede, that may have fallen off and been reattached by a clumsy seller. A greedy seller too looking at the price.
It's not the AML that's in the wrong location. The red box is off center, look how close it is to the minute track on each side

Pretty similar dial pattern. I had the same case but with a brushed silver dial.
I think the USD$214 the f300 sold for was a little high given it’s going to cost at least that much again for a service and to rectify whatever problems it has (crook terminal, coil?) and/or the date wheel. And it’s hardly a pristine movement, more likely one that was discarded when it stopped working given there’s no case …
