Interesting! Can I see a few more steps? Once you grasp the bezel (and clamp with a hose clamp?), how do you leverage it off?

These sets are so cheap and convenient, I'm not sure it's worth the trouble to rig one.

Place the hockey puck on the bezel, place the hose clamp on the hockey puck, turn counterclockwise while pulling slow and steady. Bob’s your uncle. No noise or pop.

Sold the watch last month. Still have the orange bezel as it is an excellent example and took forever to find. The orange really catches people’s eyes.

It was worth it to me. Inexpensive and functional. I heard mixed reviews on some of the systems. So…

If you google watch bezel remover or watch bezel removal tool, you will find them on amazon and eBay, along with links to the other type of tool (for fixed bezels) with 4 blades.
