Hi all,

I bought this Omega about 20 years ago and I have lost the documentation that came with it. Seems to have different numbers on the case and movement.

I just wanted to ask if anyone knows the best way to go about finding further details on the watch.

Many thanks in advance!

Cheers,

Ruairi

Here is a chart from Omega issued in 2007:

6c6d4550-35de-4dcb-b84e-b04dbf014fe4-jpeg.574220
Based on this, your watch should date from around 1916 or so.

Great, thanks Gatorcpa. Is the table just for the movements or also the case?

the movement number is 6291198 which looks like 1923 on the chart and the case number is 5603718 which looks like 1913 on the chart.
Or am I missing something obvious ?

I believe the movement number begins with a 5, which puts the movement # and case# very close as far as time period.
