The modern(ish) 3594.50 has a similar back.

I like the effort that Longines puts into their enameled casebacks. Especially these two.

I first saw those the last time we had this topic here. Would purchase just for the back, although the fronts aren't bad either!

Indeed Bill...You are correct. Just another reminder of why I continue to try to limit my posting here at the OF.

Hi TLIGuy

I did not mean any disrespect... It was a off color joke...

Best regards

Bill

This might be my favorite. Not too many around in really good condition...

@Bill Sohne....No offense taken. It's more of a disappointment with myself.

You were right to call me out on taking the thread in a different direction than what the original poster intended. I found myself doing what I myself have found most frustrating in recent months. My comment was directed at myself. Unless I really have something meaningful to post in a thread it's best to remain a passive reader instead of injecting myself into a conversation in a way that contributes no relevant information to the original posters question.

Let's not have the pendulum swing too far the other way! What you posted was meaningful and very cool. It took a great deal of tenacity and commitment to get all of those, very cool (Nothing wrong with a little thread drift anyway, especially in this case [pun intended馃槈]馃憤).

Always thought these "Exhibition" case-backs were special ::psy::

Not to worry as what you see next to the crown is the original plastic cover 馃榾

How about this?

Big fan of this watch!

Funny - I was going to take a photo of the caseback on my Deep Sea Chronograph later 馃憤

Nice! That's the Tribute to Deep Sea Alarm - tried it on a few weeks ago kind of by accident while looking at other watches. Loved it!

Yep, I can tell by the two crowns 馃榾 My Deep Sea Chronograph is the two-register "vintage inspired" version, so it has the same caseback as it's somewhat in the same family as the TTDSA and the Tribute to Polaris. I'm much more of a chronograph enthusiast so I went with that one 馃槈

My latest acquisition. There are many like it, but not all are pink.
