There is just something about old Dura-Ace that gets me all tingly.

Enjoyed another great day/magnificent weather this past weekend while achieving another award from Strava 馃榾 I was also rewarded with some awesome views along the Rhine and a tasty Kobe burger at the end of the day ..

Took care of my stash of leather saddles the other day. Gave them their annual Proofide layer - always on the inside - never on top.

Even if this pic was taken earlier it has a distinct autumn feeling to it.

Finally got out for a little spin with some family while they were in town.

This was with my 70 year uncle who will kick my ass any day of the week. Even when I was actually good hah. Not very fast since we did a lot of talking along the way but it was just good to be back out.

'Teed' up a ride on the local green and blue trails today, did better than I thought. Definitely getting the hang of things, and the geometry of this bike vs the previous one (Fuse) suits me better and is likely the reason for my improvement.

Got out for a ride with a buddy over the weekend. Just under 5k feet of vertical. Got real chilly on the way down, forgot the gloves.

Looks like a beautiful ride. Got one in this weekend as well. Only half of the climbing that you did, but on the other side of the thermometer being in Palm Springs.

Did a fast (for me) century over the weekend, with even less climbing, lol

Great pace!

Thanks! Being so flat helped, had the aero bike too. Last 15 miles or so were miserable, head/crosswind. 馃が

Really? Nearly 2,500 feet, even if over 100 miles is still something I think I'd feel. We got hit with a bunch of wind as well, which was fun. Majority of our climbing was done over a 5 mile climb on the highway which was both challenging and scary with all the cars flying by.

Felt it a bit, but more cumulatively. I've ridden out by you before, Thousand Oaks/Agoura Hills/Malibu area. Descending into PCH was a blast!!
