Alexander Linz has posted good videos of all the new releases including the new CK 2998 and Blue Ceramic Moonphase with aventurine dial.

https://www.watchadvisor.com/

the video has a blue tint, so at first, i thought that they literally took the old CK2998 and replaced the red hand and the red font and pulsameter. Felt a bit cheated.

then i realized that this new one is black, which made me feel a little better

then i realized how silly it is that i feel better because it’s black and not blue.

modern is such a ridiculous game

...modern is such a ridiculous game
Ha ha... unlike vintage Speedies where every few years there was a movement change, a step removed from the dial, a dot moved from the 90, tritium changed, lugs slightly modified, and on and on and on...

That is a valid point...

Though among the changes you mentioned, movement change is significant, like column wheel 321 vs lever 861

Thanks for sharing. No Omega sings loud enough for me this year. I am interested in trying on the Tag Pepsi GMT and the Tag Monaco Gulf though, when available.

The Apollo 8 is not a limited edition. Boring....

CK2998 just doubled in nunber of pcs. Then again, just my 2 cents. Disappointed with Basel 2018 i guess...
