Who'd have thought the X19 would eventually become something to gawk at with uneasy guilt?

I have a very bad history with Fiat X-19's! I hit a sheep with one, over-revved one and blew the engine and then one smashed into the back of me and wrote my car at the time off (a Honda Prelude 2.2 VTEC).

Awful things.

Just Father in Laws Cobra ....

Built it himself ...400 bhp ..it shifts 😵‍💫

These are my dream cars. I want to build one at some point, but will have to wait until I have the space, funds and time. Only have a single garage at the moment... Need a nice big double one!

I bought this 1969 Triumph TR6 (with a bad paint job from the 90’s) about 7 years ago. Worked on it more than I drove it but when it was running it was awesome to drive. One day my wife says, “hey, lets drive the Triumph down to the central coast and stay the weekend in Santa Barbara [from Northern California].” I said, “how do you feel about being stranded?” Wife: “ummm no thank you; sell that car and buy something we can go someplace in.” Uggg, hated to sell it. Maybe someday I will get another. There is something about the lines of that car that I love. Below is the car that replaced it.

All things considered, I think you came out alright. Enjoy!

'56 Jaguar D Type at Gooding in Scottsdale last year. A friend was inspecting a car he bought that was in this secured area so I took a couple of not so great pics. Didn't meet reserve of $10 million if I recall correctly.

Yes, the D Type is shapely, but maybe a bit too wholesome, so for sheer curvaceous lasciviousness . . .

. . . Alfa Romeo Giulia TZ2

From a cruise the other weekend

Note the foggy fuel/oil gauge and the inop speedo.

Frankens are a big problem with D-Types, it's easy to create two cars from one original. Not implying anything about this one -- but for 10 Hooooge ones I'd expect a LOT of provenance.

For sure. This particular example was well documented with Bernie Ecclestone taking first delivery
