What did you use to clean the upholstery, aside from elbow grease?

 

Meguiars vinyl and leather cleaner, a stiff brush, some sponges, microfiber cloths and a lot of time.

This is "MB-Tex" upholstery - Mercedes vinyl.

 

Thanks....I might give the Meguiars a try....the interior of my '67 250SL is a combination of "light parchment" leather and vinyl. In the past, I have cleaned it with a solution of Ivory liquid soap and water....then treat it with leather conditioner. Light upholstery in a drop top is an effort to keep clean. Thanks again for the tip.

Stopped off in fort Lauderdale recently and the centre of this town was full.of the most magnificent automobiles I have ever seen. Unfortunately I was on an organised trip to see the homes of the rich and famous from the water and had to be dragged away from this drool fest.

Last weekends interior cleaning marathon result (earlier post). If not pornography - it is at least sort of red hot.

 

Always a classic but that interior just puts it over the top! Especially now that it's clean! hah.
