Automatic movement making an extra clicking sound

So I am assessing a 1980's Vacheron perpetual with an automatic JLC base movement, and every few manual winds/clicks, there is a different sort of audible click/tick/pop that occurs. I am aware that for most contemporary automatic calibers, the winding mechanism decouples from the mainspring when fully wound to prevent over winding, but even if that's the case with this caliber (1120), the extra clicking occurs even when winding the watch after it has been run down to zero. I haven't encountered something like this on any of my other automatic watches, so I'm wondering if it might be indicative of a problem with the decoupling mechanism or mainspring, or if it is just a benign quirk perhaps with this particular movement/reference/example. What do you think?

Here is a video where you can hear the extra clicks if you listen closely: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/r0w8...6218.MOV?rlkey=8eub1agpjh6p1st1jyydpih94&dl=0

And a photo just for good measure ; )

Some new info in case anyone was curious. Apparently the extra "click" is 100% confirmed normal. The way the watchmaker described it was that "the reverser wheel as a hole that will "catch" a gear. This catch is what is making the click. The purpose of the catch is to hold the power from the winding of the crown. This is why the click can be heard before full wind up and with the same amount of turn(s) each time."

Does this make sense to any watchmakers amongst us? Cheers,
