The dial pic isn't the best but it looks ok. (Can you get better pics)
Case lugs slightly polished but I’ll bet it looks better on the wrist than in the pics.
Nice medallion, original crown.
Pie pan, Onyx inserts, cross hair, small index at 3 - what’s not to like?
Looks like a good honest watch that is 50+ years old.

All depends on cost of course

I didn't look at enough dials to form a strong opinion for pie pans, but the buckle looks genuine, it's a good indicator that the watch comes from a good hand

@lennylee Just google "pie pan crosshair constellation" and compare the dial to others, where the line passes the characters etc. - it's probably original - minute markers also need to be aligned well, but photo angle might mask issues

Funny how the seller manages to get a sharp picture of the buckle, but the rest is out of focus 😀

I think I see a signed crystal as well, but only sharper pictures can tell.

@lennylee yes, also ask for a movement picture. I made mistake once with a watch I purchased assuming the movement was ok because the case and dial were in good shape and the movement turned out to be a mess.

You’re sure it’s a 564 and not a 561? It’s possible but the dial seems earlier as expected with a 561 to me.

Top lugs look abit uneven. not sure if it is due to the angle of the taken photo but the dog leg edge on the top left lug looks uneven/overpolished compared to the right lug.

That aside, dial condition looks decent (need better pics for better assessment). Assuming the movement is in good condition and that you are not bugged by the "lug issue" then 1000USD is quite decent
