As the end of times is approaching... which watch do you grab as you bug out?

Good question and sad to say I really thought about this... and you wont survive if you follow the rules so I am taking three..
Cant be a battery or my Tissot T-touch would be in the frame. Has to be the G-shock solar as it has taken a beating for 15 years with no service. I can fit two on my wrist / the DSOTM is awesome + I need a speedmaster and the chrono would come in handy + 9300 should last a while without a service and the ceramic wont scratch (black is also good for bug out)...and the 2254.50.00 Seamaster - if it needs a helium escape valve anything I throw at it will be a mere bagatelle. It is still the most legible / easy to read watch I own and the bezel comes in handy for more than dive times... with the diver extension I can wear it over my chunky Schwarzenegger bicep.....and if it does flash in the light it might throw the snipers off so they aim high...

I don't think servicing or battery life will matter much since life expectancy will probably be measured in months or weeks. In that vein, I guess I'd go with Omega.

I’d take the G-Shock. No light giving my position away unless I ask for it, good enough water resistance, and the battery will last long enough that either I’ll be dead or there will be Rolexes and Omegas available all over the place, assuming that living in a post apocalyptic world anyone cares about anything other than the moon phase and the season.

The battery in my G-Shock (DW-6600) lasts for years.

Hold on a minute, during the end of times why would you need to know what time it is?

Coordinated attacks on enemy positions, making timed radio calls, determining location and changes in position over time...

I'm hoping whatever I bring will work for decades. So the electronics are out. And I might need to barter it more than I need to keep it, so the Rolex. If I was picking from my own watches, I'd go with a gold Connie. If I have to be in the end times, at least I'll have a favorite on my wrist.

BLNR. Who needs to know what time it is? It's about the barter value. And if even that value is gone, well, maybe you can use the cyclops to start a fire.

And in practicality. No batteries and waterproof. Rolex is the only one.

I assume we'll have the sun for a bit, so while we sort the survivors from the chaff, Solar is my go to.

And, it is hefty enough to wamp a few rats on the head as they scamper across my gangrenous toes heading for my juicy calf.

I just knew I should have grabbed my boots in my mad dash to the hinterlands.

Some solar powered watches are claimed to have such sensitive cells that any level of light that is visible to the eye will charge the battery. Even a candle.
Probably best that any watch should be compact enough to remain hidden under your cuff. Scavengers would kill for any item they might trade for food or ammo.
I remember a character in an old post apocalypse film that wore dozens of watches taken from his victims, the metal bracelets covering his forearms like armor.
