A new arrival from France circa 1970+/-. The dial is actually a marine blue in the daylight. I sent it off for a service with my Watchmaker and he got it into tip top shape, installed a new vintage bezel and the vintage band I bought.

It’s definitely my funky weekend watch!

A beauty. Did your watchmaker have the bezel, or did you provide it?

That’s a real beauty too @vibe! Where did you find it?

My watchmaker (a friend too) had some Yema NOS parts in inventory. Wear your new timepiece in good health.

I found it on C24. I am usually not too excited about the Yema Daytona, but this one is so perfect and I love a charcoal matte dial.
I am actually looking for a bezel for a LeJour chrono in the same case. A superman one would also work I think but I'd have to modify it on a lathe.

Nothing monumental, but a minty Seiko SHC051 from '02 and an early 90s issued CWC G10

First Seamster ever. Linen dial looks amazing in person and crystal needs a good polishing. Really happy with this purchase.

Excited about my early-80’s Raketa, fresh from the Ukraine. Just pulled it from the box and wound it up.

This beauty of a GP Olimpico 8846N recently arrived from Canada. One of those rarebirds you hardly ever see pop up for sale! Just need to source for a crown for it now. Immensely chuffed!

After a several month search, had to wait more as it needed service when first arrived. Picked up from my watchmaker this morning, so now officially a “New Arrival” 😀
Really love the super compressor look, and wears so comfortably with the original bracelet.

Just bought this cheaply from the other side of the world. A bit mysterious, not even the ref number was included in the ad...

Turns out it is not common : it is an Orient WZ0011FE, same functionality than the older GMTs, just a trailing fixed 24h hand with a click bezel. More than enough RLX vibes, but it still pleases me. And it is hard to find a modern, not bank-breaking and pleasing sub-40mm modern GMT anyway.

At 140eur what could go wrong... It's the price for an OEM PRC made Seiko bracelet these days.

Been after a Brosnan-era Bond Seamaster for a while. Very happy to have added this to the stable!
