Picked these two up at a local auction. Unfortunately the Seiko has been severely and not at all sensitively polished and the tiretread strap is not genuine, but it's running and the chrono runs and resets correctly. The Accutron is unpolished and unaltered, still with its original coffin link bracelet in good condition and humming beautifully. The pair cost me $AUD1250 ($US925) which probably means I got the Seiko for nothing anyway.
This Bulova is really nice indeed and it reminds me about the other one that keeps nagging me to buy it... not only black dialed but waffled as well
I bought this beautiful Speedmaster from 1997 circa. Last tritium and first cal. 1861. Terrific conditions!! It still has the red wax seal on the case.
Planet Ocean 2500 XL, bought on eBay on one of exolonman’s (from WUS) charity auctions. Should arrive next week (it just passed the eBay authentication process..which delays shipment).
An unremarkable yet uncommon "Submarine" automatic in an HF case, circa 1955: As best as I can tell, this model was made for one year only and was replaced by the T.12 collection in 1956.
After humming and harring for last couple of months i finally decided to pick one of these up before they all disappear from AD's as no longer available from Omega, love the way it looks and think it's a lot of watch for the money and is a nice addition to my collection and can see me wearing it a lot
So simple and so comfortable! I’m sure this will steal a lot of wrist time from all the other watches!
