A BB41 - my first 'nice', modern watch. Needed a good 'all-occasions' timepiece to offset my funky vintage watches. I know the BB41 design is hit or miss with people, but I like it - not too sporty, not too dressy.

More than 30 years after my 1967 Speedy was stolen, I picked up a nice Speedmaster reduced locally this week. After wearing it for several days I don't understand why I waited so long. A very nice alternative to wear in rotation with my Sea Dweller.

I picked this up yesterday, I don't really need another watch, but couldn't resist that dial.

Let's face it, none of us here really need another watch...but we're all going to get another watch!

Learned a lesson today with this 3511.20. Never forget making a snipe bid. Worked out okay, it was a pretty low-ball bid on Japan Yahoo Auctions, just wasn't expecting the invoice.

Quite pleased with these two recent purchases - 18k Seamaster and 18k Constellation w/ Rail Track dial. Fairly certain that both have solid 18k gold dials.

This 1975 9ct Tissot SeaStar auto has just joined the family yesterday. It is a single case , so I haven’t had time to take off the crystal and check the movement but seems to be running well . Must change the date it appears that pervious owner may have tried to open the back up as there’s a few knife marks #awkward

Lovely watches, I have two and they’re both very accurate with a good power reserve. The date change is a slight drawback though😉

Always wanted a vintage “no date” Bond look, but with a bit of tongue in cheek color. So I went for this red bezel Tudor BB a couple of weeks ago and put it on a Bond nato strap.

Yes that is a drawback but still a great looking, size watch . Ordered a replacement Tissot strap for it . So happy bunny
