I feel these are the kind of DJs to collect. it's the small details that set them apart from the norm.
Congrats.
Happy Birthday to me! Just received this Seamaster in time for my "big day". It was part of an online auction I recently ran across for a "lot" of eight watches....the other seven watches were women's cocktail watches, of all things. The auction photos were fuzzy at best, and there was no description of the watches. The Seamaster's case looked like it might be a 1958, my birth year, so I decided to take a flyer and bid. The watch did turn out to be a 1958, and appears to be in good original condition.
@sdre & @slique12 -- normally I don't post about a watch until it's here but this DJ on the way from the Louisiana bayou. It looks to be a tritium service dial but since the dial is the attractive part I'm fine with breaking my rule against watches with service parts. Never seen one like it. Might be too loud for me in the end but it'll be fun for a bit.
