This arrives tomorrow finally, having been hung up in U.K. Customs first, for a week, then in US Customs for another week. With this watch, I am officially done, for a while at least. Pretty excited to finally have it in hand.

I actually bought this one before Christmas from @RJwatches (hooray for OF), but I haven't posted it yet - so what the hell.

A very presentable 1675 in the sunshine, hand-modelled by my weird carved tree trunk chairs.

By now everyone knows, so for the record.

Now that's a summer watch!

Are the 50-year SUB 300's really limited to 300 worldwide or is there some leg-pulling going on? I find it hard to believe the Searambler 馃グ is still in stock...

Just acquired this 34.5 diameter Oris Super. I'm assuming it has a 786 mechanism. Crystal a bit scratched but I'll stick with it for the time being. I have a lot of time for Oris watches 馃槈

I really like that style. Dumb question: how do you know it is a DeVille?

Not a dumb question at all and to be honest it was the members on this OF forum who identified it as a Seamster De Ville. I will know more when I get the case opened and get the serial number for you.
