Nice looking watch(es) and I agree about the change from dress watches, which I still wear when I actually go into work.

Having had some reservations about the sizes of Seiko diver watches I’ve now acquired three.

I have found the new style silicon/polyurethane watch straps surprisingly light and comfortable.

yeah... its not a watch... its a Seth Thomas regulator #17 from about 120 years ago.

I was cleaning out my parents house and my brothers didn't want it..... go figure!

fuggin thing is solid oak and weighs a ton! I had to put a 4" screw into the wall to hang it... making sure I hit wood!

I think the house is tilting slightly to the north west now...

Love it but my wife would consign it to the man cave.

My wife long ago realized that its not punishment to send me out to a cave filled with tools and motorcycles...

Besides, some of the clocks are hers!

OK.....don't laugh, just arrived today, really surprised me.
It shows way above it's weight class.

Nice numerals, but the 12 looks poorly centred, to me. Would drive me nuts.

Omega Memomatic with 618 end pieces and a messed up bracelet. This Memo would qualify for the $500 and under club. Case is way over polished and will need to be restored. I think when it is done it will be a solid watch.

This just arrived... with thanks to @Northernman for his help. Now I have to figure out what to do with them....
I've been looking for a couple or three Grey pebble grain bands.
I replaced the worn undersized grey pebble grain band of my Ingraham Tower with a black pebble grain because I couldn't find a grey one.
A grey band would also look mighty nice on my older art deco styled Pobeda watches.

I think that's an optical illusion caused by the shape (font?) chosen for the numbers.

Nice, the square lume boxes are interesting.

Me too....look at the front side of the 1and the back side of the 2, they appear centered. Weird font though, I'll agree with that.
I do like the watch very nice daily driver.

Arrived this morning

Nice!

I love the look of that dial and the MST movement.

Looks like maybe a cal. 297 or 371 depending on size...?

I’m pretty new to this amazing watch passion.
My wife called it already a sickness but in the meantime she’s wearing one of my watch 😀
Saturanday I purchased this completely coherent and serviced admiralty from a friend.
