Well, since you asked...while the dial is pretty, and I do like the model, I do not believe that the bezel is original, nor that the bracelet end pieces are correct.
Any info would be greatly appreciated
I recall Pierce used in-house movements with an unusual plastic clutch. Early models apparently used leather!

Does anyone know anything about these things? After some heavy arm twisting, I took it as part of a deal for a watch I really wanted. It runs pretty well and the chrono functions all work. The dial is actually very handsome and clean as a whistle. These cases must be pretty well sealed because I think this bad boy is at least 75 years old.
It says stainless steel back which means chrome plated pot metal 99% of the time🤮 but this case isn't plated and it's not stainless. What else could it be...galvanized? 👎
