After stressing for a day I decided on this 1942 Wyler Incaflex ww2 issue came with two vintage straps I highly recommend this store Avalon https://www.google.com/search?q=avalon antiques&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en&client=safari First ww2 watch! My 15th birthday watch!
I'm a new member! Today I bought the Semaster Bullhead Rio. I will recieve it in a few days as the store didn't have it in stock and will have to bring it in from another city. I'm all for "quirky" watches.
'60s NOS, but while a major brand, the model that has never been mentioned previously on this forum. Won't be easy to guess, though there is a strong hint in the photo for those who have seen the model previously.
Well I have not seen the model previously but my guess is a Citizen Deluxe Parawater Guppy. Edit: I do not think that it is a Deluxe anymore.
Set me back MXN$ 149400.00 which translates to about US$ 7863.00. I get the tax on the watch returned and it comes to about US$ 6600.00
1162/172 bracelet incoming... have heard rumors that these were the bracelet for the cushion cased Speedsonic... so thought worth a try.
It's a Citizen Homer Guppy. There was also a "Young Homer Guppy", and probably one or two other permutations!
A "C***-type" project. I had to do it at some point. Seller's photo. Too bad the dial is so gone. But the watch is running. We'll see how the movement behaves.
