'60s NOS, but while a major brand, the model that has never been mentioned previously on this forum. Won't be easy to guess, though there is a strong hint in the photo for those who have seen the model previously.
Well I have not seen the model previously but my guess is a Citizen Deluxe Parawater Guppy. Edit: I do not think that it is a Deluxe anymore.
Set me back MXN$ 149400.00 which translates to about US$ 7863.00. I get the tax on the watch returned and it comes to about US$ 6600.00

It's a Citizen Homer Guppy. There was also a "Young Homer Guppy", and probably one or two other permutations!
