路路Most fun screen name at 惟FI bought a Seiko SKX 173 some time ago on a whim. Found some issues with it like no back gasket and a movement that would quit running. But I liked the way it wears. I found that there is a new movement Seiko is putting in some of their new watches that addresses some deficiencies in the old 7S26. The NH36 has hand winding and hacking features. I have decided to put one of these in the old case.
I'll have to cut the stem to fit the new crown and swap the day wheel so it shows correctly at 4 o'clock.
