I saw a vendor at an antique show that must have had 200+ vintage Dinky cars in the boxes...it was nuts.

Hahaha 200 my mother would wish it would be 200....

Boxes with Dinky and Donkey and how ever the name is everywhere.
Under the bed in the closets everywhere馃榿馃榿

I can relate, I had one held for a whole week last month, because it arrived in Australia ahead of schedule!

A new addition to a fledgling science-themed collection.

I appreciate the historic significance of this watch as it is the unique forerunner of Omega's "Master Coaxial, Chronometer" and "Coaxial, Master Chronometer" designs. I also like the fact that it his its own, unique calibre -- the Calibre 8508.

Amazing the difference some letters make.

Or even just a vowel!!

A little project

This charming PolArouter! Despite having connection to the north pole, with a very nice tropical dial 馃榾

Can anyone spare me an original crown for it, and likely a stem too?

Brown MIL-strap from Rover Haven. It fits my Speedy perfectly. Myron is a super friendly and helpful guy, who really makes dealing with him a true pleasure. A true gentleman. Couldn't be happier with it! Thanks Myron 馃榾

This little beauty - Seiko World Time 6117-6400 made in December 1970 arrived in the mail. The original crystal was really badly scuffed and scratched so the first thing I did was give it a polish and oh boy was I a happy man. The case is unpolished and in great condition and the dial looks a treat too. You will notice the additional 24 hour hand. The inner ring with the capital cities rotates and you can use it to tell the time in any city around the world. Does not have the original band, which are difficult to find, so it will probably reside on a Nato until I find one. Going to send this one to my watch guy for a service as this is a little too tricky for me to service.

A DSOTM. But since it will take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. I'm afraid I might forget about it before that. 馃榾

Yet another gold-capped Constellation - at some point I'll have to find a reasonably priced one in solid gold!
